1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and services of Le Grammont, located at 27 Rue de Grammont, 88160 Ramonchamp, France. By making a reservation, you accept these terms.
2. Reservations
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation by email.
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount may be required at the time of booking.
- Prices include VAT and tourist tax, unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the planned arrival date.
- Late cancellation (less than 48 hours): the first night will be charged.
- No-show: the full amount will be charged.
4. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00
- Check-out: before 11:00
- Early check-in or late check-out upon request and subject to availability.
5. Payment
- We accept: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), iDEAL, bank transfer, PayPal.
- Full payment is due upon departure, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Liability
- The hotel is not liable for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.
- A safe is available in each room.
- Guests are liable for damage caused to hotel property.
7. Pets
Pets are welcome upon request. A surcharge of €15 per night may apply.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Colmar.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to hotel reservations.
